Investailor is a tool for looking at public filings and your own assumptions. It is not advice, and it does not know anything about your circumstances.

Not investment advice

Investailor is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or tax adviser, and is not registered with or supervised by the SEC, FINRA, or any equivalent authority. Nothing on this site is investment advice, a personal recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any security.

Nothing here takes account of your financial situation, objectives, tax position, or risk tolerance, because it does not know them. Decisions you make are yours. Consider taking advice from someone licensed to give it.

The numbers

Figures are informational and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Fundamentals, statements, insider transactions, institutional holdings and filings are derived from public SEC filings; macroeconomic series come from official statistical releases; quotes and price history come from a third-party vendor. Derived figures are our computation from those sources and may differ from figures published elsewhere.

Prices are delayed and are not suitable for trading decisions that depend on real-time data.

The valuation tool and the simulator

Both compute outputs from assumptions you choose. They are arithmetic, not forecasts. The implied price is the consequence of the growth rate, margin and multiple you entered; it is a way of seeing what your own assumptions imply, and it carries no view on whether those assumptions are reasonable. It is not a price target: we do not publish a view of our own about where any security is going.

Historical scenarios show how a portfolio would have behaved in a past episode. Past performance does not indicate future results, and a repeat of any past episode is not a prediction that one will occur.

The assistant

Answers are generated by a language model working from your portfolio and the page you are on. It can be wrong, can misread a figure, and can omit something important. Treat what it says as a starting point to verify, never as a conclusion, and never as advice.
