- What happens to my data if I downgrade?
- Nothing is deleted. If your portfolio is larger than the new plan holds, the extra positions become read-only and come back in full if you subscribe again.
- How do I cancel?
- One click in billing settings, online, no more steps than subscribing took. See cancellations and refunds.
- Why is the assistant limited by dollars and not just questions?
- Because that is what it actually costs us. The hourly number stops a runaway loop; the monthly budget is the real allowance, and it is the honest figure to compare.
